Saturday April 28th:
- Birding Boat Tours/Clearfork Reservoir 9am, 10:30am, 12pm, 1:30pm, 3pm ($10 person). Limit of 9 per boat. Tickets may be purchased in advance at the Ohio Bird Sanctuary.
- Nature Walk 10am. Staff naturalist will lead a nature hike along the headwaters of the Clearfork.
- Keeper Talks On the hour 10am-3pm. A short up close, interactive presentation about one of the Sanctuary predatory birds. Photo opportunities.
- Photographing Birds of Prey 10am-3pm. A variety of bird of prey species will be displayed in natural settings along the trails. Perfect for up close photographs.
- Falconry Demonstration TBA. A member of the Ohio Falconry Association will speak about the history and sport of falconry. Weather permitting. A demonstation will follow the presentation.
Sunday April 29th:
- Birding Boat Tours/Clearfork Reservoir 9am, 10:30am, 12pm, 1:30pm, 3pm ($10 person). Limit of 9 per boat. Tickets may be purchased in advance at the Ohio Bird Sanctuary.
- Children Activities 11am-4pm. A variety of nature crafts and games. Candle-making, t-shirt art, necklaces and much more. Some crafts have a nominal material fee.
- Curious Critters presentation and book signing 2pm. Artist and author, David Fitzsimmons will bring to life his book, Curious Critters through the use of puppets. Fun and educational!
- Bird of Prey Show 1pm. Come watch, enjoy and learn about a variety of Ohio’s bird species. Weather permitting in outside amphitheater.
