Vernal Pool Study-meet at the visitor center back porch between 10 am-12 pm to learn about these temporary seasonal pools that dot the Ohio landscape.

They provide a habitat for plants and animals, usually devoid of fish thus allowing the safe development of amphibians. Use microscopes to get up close with vernal pool life!
